June 11th, 2012: APE and APEx@KVAN 2012
On Monday the 11th of June the Archives Portal Europe and the APEx project were presented to a wide audience of Dutch archivists during the yearly 2-day conference of the Koninklijke Vereniging van Archivarissen in Nederland (KVAN), the Dutch Royal Archivists Association.
The theme of the KVAN 2012 conference was "Open!" which is a plea for working towards open, public and re-usable data and transparency when it comes to creating data, especially government data. You can read all about the KVAN 2012 conference here.
